Refund Policy

When you can get a refund

You're eligible for a full refund if any of the following happened within 7 days of your payment:

• Your payment was captured by Razorpay, but a technical error on our side meant your lifetime access was never unlocked.
• You paid, but a genuine bug prevented you from downloading your processed photo.
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase by mistake.

How to request a refund

Email support@icaostudio.fineanmol.live/ with your Razorpay payment ID (found in your payment confirmation) and a short description of what went wrong. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, back to the original payment method used at checkout, via Razorpay. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

What's not covered

Since our compliance checks are indicative only (see our Terms of Service), a photo being rejected by a passport, visa, or ID issuing authority is not, by itself, grounds for a refund — final acceptance is always at that authority's discretion. If you're simply unsure about a purchase, remember you can preview your photo and compliance results for free before paying.
